2026 Cabin Rates


WEEKLY  (Saturday-Saturday) rentals only for the months of June, July and August

  • CABIN 1: 1800/week
  • CABIN 2: $1300/week


2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay for the months of May, September and October.

  • CABIN 1: $275/night 
  • CABIN 2: $200/night

All rates based on a 6 person occupancy.

$100 extra per person per week or $25 extra per person per day.

Deposit of $500 required for weekly rentals and a 1 night deposit required for nightly rentals.

Balance due upon arrival.


Check in anytime after 2 p.m. and check out by 9:00 a.m.

Fishing Boat 1- 16 foot Lund: 60 HP engine, live well, 5 seats, on spot trolling motor, 2 graphs, swim ladder

  • ​$ 1300/week-$225/day


Fishing Boat 2-14 foot Alumicraft: 40 HP engine, live well, 3 seats, graph, electric anchor

  • $650/week-$125/day

Fishing Boat 3-16 foot Princecraft: 70 HP engine, 3 seats, live well, trolling motor, graph

  • $900/week-$150/day


 Pontoon Boat - 24 foot Montego Bay: 90 HP engine, seats 10, bimini cover, swim ladder

  • $1500/week-$250/day






  • The cabin kitchens are fully furnished with full size appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes and any cookware you may need during your stay.
  • WI-FI, TV with Dish Network, board games, cards, books.
  • Bedding is furnished.
  • Please bring your own pillows and bath towels.
  • Starter supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels provided.
  • Hand towels, hand soap and dish soap are supplied.
  • Outside each cabin there is a charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit with chairs.
  • We supply the firewood, you supply the charcoal.
  • Piers for docking boats
