For a little history, we are formerly the D-Bar-D fishing resort located on Big Crawling Stone Lake. Big Crawling
Stone Lake is part of the (10-Lake) Fence Lake Chain with over 7,000 acres of pristine water. These waters are very well
known for "fishing and bumming" at its finest!
The Fish 'N Bum Resort is situated in
a quiet bay. We have two cabins available for weekly lodging during the spring, summer and fall seasons. Both
of our cabins are very spacious, clean and newly renovated.
Each has a great view of the
lake from both the kitchen and living room areas. Outside the cabins we have grills, a firepit, picnic tables and chairs .
At the beach there are piers for docking boats, chairs for lounging, a paddle boat and a swim raft for your use
.
Our cabins are situated next to one another which makes our resort a great place for families
and friends to share a vacation together.
We are a well-hidden secret in the Northwoods
located just 10 miles West of Minocqua and only 3 miles South of Lac Du Flambeau. Minocqua has many
tourist activities to offer as does Lac Du Flambeau which boasts its popular Lake of the Torches gambling
Casino.
